UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation

Healthcare regulations change each year and can take many by surprise. Families find their coverage different and not sustainable for their full needs or for their children. UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation offers families the opportunity to discover if their child can qualify for up to $10,000 in medical grants.

UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation (UHCCF) is a non-profit organization that provides medical grants to help children gain access to health-related services not covered, or not fully covered, by their family's commercial health insurance plan. Families may receive up to $5,000 annually per child ($10,000 lifetime maximum per child), and do not need to have insurance through UnitedHeathcare to be eligible.

Visit UHCCF.org to apply, donate, or learn more about opportunities and resources that may be available to you. Please bring any information or application status with you at your next visit.

As an essential healthcare provider, our clinics REMAIN OPEN and you have the option to continue to bring your child to our facilities.

In an increased effort to protect our patients and staff from COVID-19 we are implementing the following extra protective precautions:

  • Elite Therapy Center will only accept electronic intake paperwork at this time
  • All payments must be made online or by phone
  • New clients will be allowed one parent in an initial evaluation, though we recommend parents observe via a telehealth delivery model from their car if appropriate
  • We recommend interviews for families during initial evaluations be conducted via phone, telehealth delivery model or outside when weather permits

We SO appreciate our families and all the effort everyone is making to continue their therapy in all the delivery models made available. Our mission is to always treat and lead children and families on a journey of hope and healing and now with the utmost respect to COVID-19 regulations.
