When traveling Hwy 6 West from the Crawford area: Exit and stay straight until Bagby and take the far left lane U-Turn to come back to Imperial. Loop under the road to use the main entrance on your right.
If taking Hwy 84, exit at TX Central Parkway. Turn left on Imperial and then left at the Elite Therapy Center A-Frame sign. Use the alley-way entrance leading to our rear parking. Remember, it’s ONE-WAY.

Servicing many Bell County cities and rural communities alike, this new location located on Hwy 190/14 and provides customized speech, occupational, and physical therapy treatment plans for children, young adults, and families.
Find our NEW Harker Heights location off Hwy 190/14 between our Killeen and Temple clinics by exiting Indian Trail Dr. and turn right into the Synergy Center Complex. This center includes Smoothie King, Corrective Chiropractic, and Anytime Fitness. We are located in Suites 108-109 with the red awnings.
