What to Expect
Initial Evaluation
The initial evaluation begins as a meet and greet to their therapist, but also introduces your child to the amazing facility and treatment areas designed specifically for them!
The evaluation process includes a 45 minute to hour long assessment where the therapist will begin a bond with your child, administer tests, answer questions, and ultimately observe your how your child adapts to their surroundings and instructions.
The therapist then grades any testing and if they qualify for therapy, will create a plan of care catered exactly to their needs.
Scheduling
When your child has completed their evaluation, the therapist turns in their notes and outcomes and helps determine qualification. If your child qualifies for therapy, they will make recommendations for number of visits.
Our elite scheduling specialists, Ari and Rachel, will work with you to set a therapy schedule to help your child begin their sessions.

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. Please contact our office if you need to reschedule.
How often will my child need therapy?
The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your child’s individual needs and goals, as determined by our therapists.
